This gathering is centred around International Women’s Day 2026 and its theme Give to Gain. It brings together women who are leading, building, and shaping influence to pause, connect, and explore what leadership looks like when generosity, collaboration, and presence are placed at the centre.
What We Will Explore
This lunch circle marks the official UK launch of the Legacy Leader Collective and the beginning of what is intended to become an annual gathering. Together, we explore shared leadership, equality, and the kind of impact that is created when women rise alongside one another rather than alone.

With 25 years in corporate leadership and six years as an entrepreneur, she is known for creating neuroscience-backed peer circles where trust accelerates, accountability sharpens, and influence multiplies.
Located in the UK, Katie brings the Legacy Leader Collective to this region alongside fellow co-founders and key partners.
Natalia Edelmann MBA, CPA, CMA
Natalia Edelmann is the creator of LUXE Club Retreats, now home of the Legacy Leader Collective. Through the evolution of her work with the Wellness 360™ framework and years of intentionally curating relationship-led spaces, she joined forces with Katie Keith and Tanya Palmer as co-founders to build a collective that brings women together through wellbeing, leadership, and shared legacy.

A private, event-only community space will be opened for attendees to connect before and during the Legacy Leader Lunch Circle. This space will close shortly after the event. Those who wish to continue the connection are invited to inquire about joining the Legacy Leader Collective.

1. Event Overview
The International Women’s Day 2026 | Legacy Leader Collective UK Launch (“the Event”) is an in-person luncheon and leadership gathering held in London.
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration & Access
A valid ticket purchase is required to attend the Event.
Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Member and Partner pricing is available only to eligible participants and must be purchased using the correct access link and/or codes provided.
The organisers reserve the right to decline or cancel registrations in order to maintain the integrity, safety, and intended experience of the Event.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely through Solo Link or an authorised payment provider.
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another guest, subject to approval and provided notice is given at least 7 days prior to the Event.
4. Programme Changes & Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Event programme, speakers, timing, or venue where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees in advance where possible.
In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future Legacy Leader Collective event.
No additional costs (including travel, accommodation, or related expenses) will be reimbursed.
5. Confidentiality & Conduct
This Event is designed to foster respectful, considered, and meaningful conversation.
By attending, you agree to:

Honour the privacy of conversations shared during the Event.
Refrain from disruptive behaviour, unsolicited promotion, or inappropriate conduct.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
6. Photography, Videography & Media Use
Photography and video recording will take place during the Event.
By attending, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may appear in photographs or video footage captured during the Event.
Images and recordings may be used by the Legacy Leader Collective, LUXE Club Retreats, and event partners for marketing, promotional, editorial, and archival purposes, including on websites, social media, and future communications.
Content will be used with discretion, professionalism, and alignment with the values of the Collective.
If you have concerns about appearing in photographs or recordings, please notify the event team in writing prior to the Event at [email protected]
While we cannot guarantee exclusion from all imagery, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.
Attendees are not permitted to photograph, film, or record other guests in a way that compromises privacy or confidentiality.

All Event materials, including presentations, content, formats, and experiences, are the intellectual property of the Legacy Leader Collective and its facilitators.
No materials may be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
